A client may also request a date or time change with at least five days notice.

Cancellation of boat charter services by a client is subject to a cancellation fee. If cancelled no later than two weeks (fourteen days) before the scheduled charter, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the cost of scheduled service will be charged.
